PIADINE Piadina • Crescioni (Filled Piadina) La Teggia, based in Cesanatico, near Rimini, is an established manufacturer of Piadina, a traditional flat bread from the Emilia Romagna area. It is grilled and then filled or served flat with all kinds of vegetables, meats or cheeses and eaten as a snack or light meal. La Teggia produces piadina in the traditional round, flat form ‘Romagnola’, in a wrap form ‘Rotolo’ or filled with many types of different fillings ‘Crescioni’.
