Based on the outskirts of Venice, the family-run business has two high-tech production facilities. Their highly-skilled, creative and dedicated team take the utmost care. Every product is 100% hand-finished and 80% hand-made while also using modern equipment and leading-edge technology. The ingredients are all natural and of a very high quality producing fine patisseries, looking both wonderful on display and having an authentic Italian flavour. La Donatella produce some 85 lines of traditional Italian desserts including: tiramisu, profiteroles, torte, mousse, petit fours, rulle, krapfen, croissants, miniature pastries and cakes, carrot cake, filled tarts, fruit tarts, sponges and many more. They are available as pre-portioned, individual portions, unportioned, slabs, miniatures and large catering trays. All La Donatella products are trans fat free.
