GELATI Ice Cream and Sorbet Dolce Tentazione (sweet temptation), run by Antonio Brignone, is a small 'artisan' producer of gelato and high-quality individual ice cream desserts. It is based in Latina, a town situated in the thriving agricultural region of Lazio, south of Rome. Italians are passionate about the quality and flavour of their ice cream and the Gelateria is a way of life. Antonio is a master maker with great flair, in particular he has perfected the technique of fine ice cream in natural fruits and nuts such as mangos, figs and walnuts. Dolce Tentazione produce individual ice cream desserts, scoop ice cream, coppas, wafer basket ices, sorbets, ice cream in fruits, all having a fine but intense natural flavour and a smooth creamy texture.
